Revelations is a play-by-post roleplaying game on the B2G platform, featuring human shapeshifters and their familiars, as well as a wide variety of admin-generated NPCs. Created in the vein of Tamora Pierce's Tortall, the world of Knell - where Revelations is set - is a bustling medieval world filled to the brim with opportunities of all shapes and sizes! We provide players with an abundance of opportunities for both interactive threads - done with your fellow players and characters - and personal development threads; there's always something to do! We offer exciting features such as Explorations, Bounties, and Encounters (results determined by dice rolls for extra randomization!); Renown (fame) and Combat Experience progression; familiars and familiar bond progression; magic trees and progression; careers with benefits; abilities for NMUs (non-magic users); quests & events of all shapes and sizes; and adoptable NPCs! We are, at present, a small and tight-knit community of writers who are dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that players of all kinds can feel at home in, especially those just starting out and/or those that don't have a lot of time to dedicate to posting.

Revelations is also set up to advance through Ages, with each Age introducing new features such as additional races, areas to explore, and new enemies to battle, as well as magical, technological, and social changes to the world itself. Age 2, set to start sometime in early 2016 (around February if everything's in place), boasts an abundance of unique opportunities for characters of all shapes and sizes - especially those interested in leadership positions! - and a lot of fun IC mayhem.
